Biography
Peggy is currently undertaking a joint project between Rothamsted Research and the University of Plymouth. Fully based in the weed molecular biology group at Rothamsted.
Her project title is 'expanding virus-mediated reverse genetic techniques to address global weed research questions.' This project builds on work carried out in black grass that aims to utilise genetic techniques (VIGS and VOX) to better understand the genes associated with non-target site resistance to herbicides in globally important weed species.
