Guilherme is a visiting PhD student from Brazil working on weed management, weed molecular biology and herbicide resistance in major agricultural farming. During his time at Rothamsted, he will work with reverse genetics in rice (Oryza sativa) and noxious weeds, such as Echinochloa and Conyza species, under the supervision of Dr Dana MacGregor.
